Do I have to keep the 99Food tablet switched on?
Not to operate. The order reaches DoFast by webhook, prints and enters the kitchen display, and the status goes back to the channel from here. The tablet becomes something you consult, not the desk you work at.
What if an order never arrives?
A webhook-only channel does not resend on its own — a failed event is an order that never came in. That is why the event-failures screen exists: it lists each one with its reason and resends with a tap. It is the recovery path, and it is in reach rather than buried in a log.
Do I have to enter the menu twice?
No. You import what is already live on 99Food to match your own catalogue, or you publish yours. After that, price, photo, add-ons and pausing all come from DoFast.
Can I run 99Food and iFood at the same time?
Yes, and it is the common case. Each channel has its own configuration, and both feed the same stock, the same kitchen and the same sales-by-channel report — which is where you compare one against the other.
Do customer refund requests reach me?
They do if you switch the feature on — and it is worth switching on knowing what it means. 99Food's default, when nobody answers, is to GRANT the refund; switched on, the request lands in a queue of yours and the decision becomes the shop's. Turning it on is a commitment to answer.
