By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
DoFast is a cloud-based commercial management platform that provides tools for product catalog management, order processing, kitchen display, financial management, client management, and reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plan tiers.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.• All activities that occur under your account.• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Plans: Available with different feature tiers as described on our pricing page.- Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Service, respond to support requests, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.• Upload malicious code or content.• Use the Service to store or transmit sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for commercial management.• Resell the Service without a white-label agreement.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
