At DoFast, we respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your account and associated data from our commercial management platform.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your DoFast account, follow one of these methods:Option A — From the App:• Open the DoFast app• Go toMore → Settings → Profile• TapDelete My Account• Confirm the deletionOption B — By Email:• Send an email tosupport@dofast.app• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"• Include the email address associated with your account• We will process your request within 5 business days
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:• Your user profile (name, email, phone number)• Your login credentials and authentication tokens• Personal preferences and notification settings• Profile photo (if uploaded)For tenant administrators: deleting your personal account does not automatically delete the entire tenant/business data. Contact us if you wish to delete all business data as well.
3. Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:- Financial Records: Transaction records, invoices, and payment history may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.- Order History: Anonymized order data may be retained for business reporting purposes.- Audit Logs: Activity logs may be retained for security and compliance purposes for up to 12 months.Retained data will be anonymized where possible, removing any direct link to your personal identity.
4. Processing Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed as follows:- Verification: We verify your identity within 1-2 business days.- Processing: Account deletion is completed within 5 business days after verification.- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the deletion.- Backup Purge: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.
