One column of ready orders and one card per rider. Two counters can work the same board: move a card someone else just moved and you get the name of who has the bag, instead of silently overwriting them.
The rider app
They go on duty, pick the bag up, open each stop in Google Maps or Waze, and mark the delivery declaring how much cash they took.
Change float is a loan, not a withdrawal
The R$50 of change leaves the drawer as a loan against that run and comes back in a field of its own at settlement — not as a withdrawal nobody authorised at closing.
Per-delivery fee, on your rule
A flat amount per order or a percentage, per rider. What was agreed is frozen into the settlement: a rule edited tomorrow does not rewrite what they signed today.

Anyone without a pin is listed beside the map with the reason: off duty, nothing out on the road, or the app is closed.

Delivery management — frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay for a mapping service?
No. The map uses open OpenStreetMap tiles, and the provider is configurable if you ever want a different one. There is no map subscription baked into the plan and no per-lookup charge.
Does the system track riders all the time?
No, and that is deliberate. A position is only reported with the app open, the rider on duty and a delivery out on the road — never in the background. Off shift, DoFast does not know where anybody is, and the map shows the last fix with its time beside it rather than pretending to be live.
Does the system pick the rider on its own?
Only if you switch auto-assignment on, and it ships off. Even on, it only assigns: dispatching is always a person, on the board or through the pickup code.
What if a rider comes back with less cash than expected?
Settlement accepts it: whatever did not come back stays open on the run, and the customer's receivable is not marked paid by mistake. The till shows what is out on the road beside the expected balance, and closing warns before the drawer is locked with money outside it.
Is it useful without my own riders?
Yes — none of it is mandatory. A shop that only sells through the marketplaces, or only delivers through the channel's own courier, never sees a board, a map or a settlement. The delivery block appears when there is own delivery to manage.
